Book your consultation call so that you and I can discuss your goals, establish a mutually good fit for coaching, and create an initial strategy for your fitness program.

Based on our initial call, you’ll be in a great position to decide which of my online personal training packages best suits your needs. Once you’ve chosen I’ll send you a comprehensive intake form to bolster the notes I’ll take on our call.

I use the information I gather to build your custom program on my 28-step process of personalisation. It’ll take me 3-4 days to prepare it for you. We then schedule your onboarding call on which you and I discuss your program and mutually sign off on your ability to implement it, initiating the accountability dynamic between coach and client.

In a sea of fitness content online, fraught with conflicting opinions it can be difficult to distinguish between a fitness influencer and a professional personal trainer. In my observation, an influencer focuses their lens inward on themselves, whereas a coach focuses outward on their clients.

Typically Influencers share what’s working for them. With the implicit message that it’ll work for you too. Of course, their stories can be inspiring but aren’t always to be taken literally, as personalised fitness solutions. Doing as they do can lead to unhealthy comparisons and a lot of wasted time and effort following plans that are out of context for your lifestyle, fitness level, and goals.

In contrast, a professional personal trainer or vocational fitness coach draws on both their education and experience delivering results for previous clients to create a tailored strategy for the individual. Removing guesswork and establishing a plan that not only delivers short-term results but equips clients with the knowledge and tools that will allow progress to be sustained.

I’ve spent the last 14 years working as a fitness professional. A career that’s taken me from simply trying to solve my own fitness frustrations to working in person with members of European royal families, Oscar-winning actors, chart-topping musicians, high-flying executives, Hollywood film producers, and consulting with blue chip companies on their wellness culture.

Conflicting opinions and information overload can lead to analysis paralysis. You can find yourself working out for weeks, months or even years without ever really knowing if what you’re doing is right for your body and your goals. Most people don’t realise that getting results in fitness is 100% predictable, especially when you’ve built successful programs for thousands of people as I have. Many people overestimate what it takes to get results and underestimate the impact of efficient training. Perfectionism kills progress, my program guarantees results on just an 80% compliance rate. This means your program is built to fit with your life, rather than consume it. Online personal training is a fitness coaching service delivered via the Internet. It enables you to receive a workout program calibrated to your fitness level, providing a linear route to your goals. The personal training software the program is built on is in the form of a fitness app that makes workout planning and tracking effortless. I’ve built this service with the intention of making it a best-in-class service for those looking to make serious lifestyle change and approach fitness in a sustainable way. I will build your workout program specifically for you, you’ll then be able to access tailored fitness programs, instructional videos, and meal plans. The service is bolstered by personal accountability, featuring regular check-ins and feedback with your dedicated personal trainer.

Spaces on my online personal training program are limited, I’ll only ever work with a restricted number of clients at any given time. This allows me to maintain a high level of service to both new and existing clients.

To ensure that I can personally get behind your fitness goals and vouch for your results it’s crucial that we discuss what online coaching would look like for you. This is a very interactive coaching service and we’ll be in contact near daily for the next 8 weeks, so it’s in both of our interests to make sure we have a rapport and align on a strategy for your goals. Where this program excels is it’s departure from diet culture, quick fixes and short term measure, this all involves working in a steady with with the intention of building long-term habits, a consultation call allows me to confirm that you are onboard with this approach before we get started.

Typically speaking, those that are in the best position to succeed with the program are those who are looking for a permanent solution to their health & fitness challenges. This will require a willingness to work in a moderate, maintainable way, resisting short-term fixes and restrictions.

My online coaching service is essentially having your own fitness blueprint architected toward your goals, and then having accountability from an expert personal trainer to help you implement and stay motivated throughout the program.

It involves me building a tailored workout plan for you. Based on my own 28-step process of personalisation. That covers everything from your fitness goals to your individual lifestyle and circumstances. If guesswork and not knowing what to do is your major challenge, then I will guarantee your success on the program if you follow it to 80%. 

This personal training course positions me as your virtual personal trainer, holding you accountable to the program to ensure you stay motivated, consistent with exercise and on track. Perfect if accountability has been your biggest challenge and you’d benefit from having an online PT in your corner. This service will propel your fitness journey as it perfectly combines self-efficacy and accountability, setting you up to maintain what you achieve long into the future.

It’s also where concierge service meets online fitness coaching. I allocate extra resources to allow me to adapt your program daily as your travel and circumstances change. You’ll also be able to send my nutritionist menus as you eat out and need help making healthy food choices.

This tier of coaching is best if you want to take all decision-making out of health and fitness or have had your progress de-railed by travel and logistics in the past.

Signature workout programs

My signature online workout programs are built on the success of my custom workout plans, in that I’ve kept 14 years worth of data and comprehensive notes on the best workouts and strategies to achieve specific fitness goals. Allowing me to build a proven fitness program that solves a specific challenge, in a predictable way.

The main difference between online personal training and my signature workout programs is that the signature workout programs are fixed in nature. They were created to solve a particular fitness challenge in a comprehensive way. They reliably do this, but unlike my online personal training service are not built to be modified and adapted over the course of the program. Essentially on the signature programs you’ll be pursuing a certain goal on a pre-determined path, whereas on my online personal training service everything is built on a custom basis and can be modified and re-imagined as your circumstances change. 

For this reason it’s important to check that you meet the pre-requisites for your chosen signature program. These can include fitness equipment, frequency of days available to exercise etc.

Yes, the online personal training service includes a custom-made, nutritionist-designed meal plan. What you eat plays a huge role in both how you feel and how successful you’ll be with your online fitness coach. So I have teamed up with qualified nutritionist Dr. Katie Turianytsia to offer a professional nutrition plan alongside your online coaching program. This way you have the expertise of a fitness professional bolstered by access to professional nutrition coaching.

I also offer a meal plan-only service for those who already have a fitness program in place elsewhere and are simply looking for a nutritionist-designed meal plan to want to know what to eat to help them achieve their fitness goals.

I started my career an in-person fitness trainer. Actually this is how I spent the first 10 years of my career, having become a qualified personal trainer with Premier Global NASM, which is endorsed by active IQ.

Back then as a certified personal trainer, you worked in person only, often starting your career gym instructing and then learning to work more comprehensively, adapting a training program for potential clients with personalized workouts calibrated to the appropriate fitness level.

There was no such thing as an online personal training course, in terms of a course you could take to train people online. I started work as an online fitness coach to deliver on requests from my in-person clients as they travelled the world to meet media obligations or work obligations and often needed a training session they could do on their own while they were away. This worked really well and as a result, I decided to open the service up online via this website. In the decade I spent working as an in-person fitness professional, I delivered over 10,000 training sessions, to people from all walks of life and have consistently delivered results, leading both my in person services in London and this online coaching service being considered amongst the best in class.

In my early career I worked as a personal trainer in London, operating in different gyms and running outdoor boot camp style group classes in local parks. Over time my results began to get noticed and I was invited to Hollywood to work with a high profile client in the TV Business. Since then I’ve been fortunate enough to train clients all over the world.

This led to me writing for numerous news, health, and fitness publications, as well as a number of TV appearances as a health expert discussing everything from strength training to improving body composition and setting up a winning mindset to achieve any fitness goal.

I’ve also had the opportunity to work on big budget Hollywood film productions getting the cast in shape for their movie roles. Now, aside from a few special requests, I work solely with my online PT client base.

Online personal trainers work a little differently to gym instructing or delivering a training session in person. It’s best to think of online fitness as more of a personal fitness blueprint that you follow in your own time alongside dedicated accountability and support.
