Investigating - Due to recent restrictions by Google on API access for third party apps, the integration with Google Drive is currently not functioning, and files cannot be retrieved. The issue is being actively addressed in collaboration with Google, and we're working to resolve it as soon as possible.

Podio Workflow Automation will be unavailable for 2 hours starting Sunday 25th of Aug 2024 at 11:30 PM EDT ( Monday 26th of Aug 2024 at 05:30 AM CET ) while we perform upgrades to our database. All background tasks including calculations, emails, workflows will be queued up during this window. They will be automatically picked up once the maintenance is over.

We have completed steps to restore stability to the customer experience with Podio real time updates. Real time updates for item activity, notifications and chat should now be back to normal performance.
We are aware of the impact caused from yesterdays outage, and will be posting a full RCA on yesterday’s incident this week. As a result of the incident yesterday you might have experienced delay or missing updates for workflow triggers, search indexing, calculations or notifications. As a result, workflow triggers will need to be triggered again to ensure the workflow is completed if the operations were halted as a part of yesterday’s issue.
We are considering the incident with delays for real time updates to item activity to be resolved. We are deeply sorry for the disruption in service, and will take actions internally for faster resolution and recovery in the future.
