WELCOME TO COCHON

At Cochon, Chef Donald Link has reconnected with his culinary roots, serving the traditional Cajun Southern dishes he grew up with. Chef Link and Chef/Co-owner Stephen Stryjewski are working with locally sourced pork, fresh produce and seafood, focusing on traditional methods, creating authentic flavors of Cajun country. The restaurant is set in a rustic, yet contemporary interior of a renovated New Orleans warehouse.

Reservations

Private Dining

COCHON / Semi-private EVENTS

We host groups of 8 to 20 in the Diamond Street dining room featuring our ‘Feed Me’ menu. The ‘Feed Me’ menu is offered in 3 or 4 courses, showcasing Chef’s choice of Cochon’s signature dishes & seasonal specials. A whole roasted suckling pig can always be added!

The Mezzanine is Cochon’s semi-private balcony overlooking the Diamond Street dining room and can accommodate groups for seated meals and reception-style events. A food & beverage minimum applies for this space.

CALCASIEU / PRIVATE EVENTS

Cochon also hosts a variety of fully private dining & catering events. We hold these above the restaurant at Calcasieu, our private dining event facility.

We offer a complete range of catered events from plated dinners to reception-style gatherings. Event pricing is based on food and beverage minimums, which vary seasonally, as well as menu selection, beverage packages, and duration of event. View Sample Menu.
