AN ACT
|

relating to the disclosure of the name of a student or minor who is |

|
involved in an improper relationship with an educator. |
|
�
|
�������BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |
|
�
|
�������SECTION�1.��Section 21.12, Penal Code, is amended by adding |
|
�
|
Subsection (d) to read as follows: |
|
�
|
�������(d)��The name of a person who is enrolled in a public or |
|
�
|
private primary or secondary school and involved in an improper |
|
�
|
relationship with an educator as provided by Subsection (a) may not |
|
�
|
be released to the public and is not public information under |
|
�
|
Chapter 552, Government Code. |
|
�
|
�������SECTION�2.��This Act takes effect September 1, 2007. |
