The Society of Women Engineers (SWE) is the world’s largest advocate and catalyst for change for women in engineering and technology. The SWE San Diego County Professional Section (SWE SD) has a rich history dating back to 1982 of advancing the image of engineering and technology professionals by providing unique opportunities to network and develop professionally and inspire young girls to pursue these professions. Our section is made up of members from all engineering backgrounds and many STEM disciplines.
