The Office of Lawyer Disciplinary Counsel serves as the investigative and prosecuting authority for violations of the Rules of Professional Conduct. The Lawyer Disciplinary Board is the governing body for the Office of Lawyer Disciplinary Counsel. The Board consists of twenty-two (22) members. Fifteen (15) are lawyers and seven (7) are lay persons.
