Windham County Humane Society

I love Windham Humane Society. They have been there during the sad times when I had to put my cats down and they've been there through the good times when I just need the clinic and don't make me feel bad that I don't have a lot of money and can't afford some things and they're very helpful that way. I also think it's nice that they give away food and litter I don't know what we do without them

I have adopted dogs there for 25 years. The staff is great and really try to match the perfect fit for dog and owner. Thanks for all you do!

I highly recommend adopting animals and windham is the place to go! The staff are friendly, courteous & caring. I adopted a young cat from them going on 2 years ago now & it was an easy (but secure) process! My partner & I spent about an hour with the cats, playing and just figuring out which cat would be a best fit. Little did we know, our cat chose us! Windham caters to everyone, cats, dogs, bunnies & even barn cats! they use their facebook page for strays in the area & local events.
