In line with this commitment, the Parents Encouraging Parents (PEP) network hosted Digital Safety – the first ever session for employees’ parents. With the digital world becoming an integral part of our daily lives, it has become more important than ever to be aware of the risks involved and ways to navigate them safely. We understand that the well-being of our employees extends to their families and empowering them with knowledge is a step towards ensuring a safer digital environment for all. The session covered a host of topics including taking care of personal safety in the digital world, advantages of biometrics in locking phones, safety measures to be adopted while using WhatsApp, securing digital apps and hygiene measures to follow, and how and where to report cybercrimes. We thank the speaker Nirali Bhatia for sharing invaluable insights, as well as the parents who participated in the session. Their engagement and eagerness to learn made this workshop a success.
