Situated at the heart of Saudi Arabia in the north of Riyadh City, The Avenues - Riyadh sprawls across 𝗮 𝘁𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁-𝘂𝗽 𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗮 𝗼𝗳 𝟭,𝟴𝟬𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝘀𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀. These are some of the highlights of the project: ✅ Thermal Energy Storage Tank with 150,000 TR·h of capacity. ✅ Highly efficient Centrifugal Water Chillers with a capacity of 28,000 TR ✅ DCP integrated in the basement of the mall, saving a lot of space. ✅ TES Tank, with a capacity of 12,000 TR. ✅ For the ETS, we deployed 7 units along a distance of over a kilometer. ✅ Chillers peak efficiency: 0.53 kW /TR. ✅ We have overcome big challenges to achieve a succesful design adapted to the mall requirements. #avenuesRiyadh #DistrictCooling #SustainableEngineering

🏝️The AYLA OASIS Resort is a luxury development set around a man-made lagoon and placed in Aqaba area (Jordan).
