استعرضنا في #دائرة_الطاقة - أبوظبي الإطار التنظيمي لقطاع الموادّ البترولية في #أبوظبي بحضور حوالي 200 ممثل من من القطاعين الحكومي والخاص في الورشة الأولى حول تدابير السلامة وشروط الامتثال المتعلقة بالغاز.   كجزء من الإطار التنظيمي الجديد، سنقوم بإصدار "اللائحة التنفيذية لأنظمة الغاز" و"كود الغاز الموحد" الذي يشمل القطاعات السكنية والتجارية والصناعية على حد سواء. وستُحدث هذه التعليمات نقلة نوعية في معايير السلامة وبروتوكولاتها وضوابطها فيما يخص جميع الأنشطة المتعلقة بالغاز، إلى جانب تحديد المخالفات والعقوبات المترتبة على عدم الامتثال، وإنشاء سجل إلزامي يضم الشركات والمهندسين والمشغلين والمفتشين المعتمدين في مجال الغاز.    يهدف هذا الإطار التنظيمي إلى حماية الأرواح والممتلكات والتصدّي للممارسات غير الآمنة وتعزيز كفاءة القطاع ودفع عجلة النمو الاجتماعي والاقتصادي.   بالتعاون مع شركائنا، نعمل معاً على تطبيق أعلى معايير السلامة والامتثال لأنظمة #الغاز. #سلامتكم_هي_أولويتنا     This week, The #DoE Abu Dhabi has presented the regulatory framework for the petroleum products sector in Abu Dhabi to about 200 key government and private sector representatives at our inaugural #Gas Safety and Compliance Workshop.   As part of the new regulatory framework, we will be releasing ‘Executive Regulations for Gas Systems’ and a unified gas code for residential, commercial and industrial sectors, which is set to introduce wide-ranging safety standards, protocols, and controls for all gas-related activities. The regulations will also feature a violations list for non-compliance and creation of a mandatory registry that includes companies, engineers, operators, and certified inspectors in the field of gas.    This regulatory framework is designed to safeguard property and lives, address unsafe acts and behaviours, improve sector efficiency, and promote socioeconomic growth.   Together with our stakeholders, we are collaborating to drive the highest safety standards and compliance of gas systems. #YourSafetyIsOurPriority

عقدت لجنة تداول المواد البترولية في #أبوظبي اجتماعها الثالث لعام 2024، بحضور السادة الأعضاء ممثلي الجهات الحكومية في الإمارة. وجرى خلال الاجتماع استعراض مخرجات تمرين الطوارئ للمواد البترولية، التحديات والمخاطر في التصدي لعمليات تداول المواد البترولية من دون ترخيص، مستجدات السوق الرمادي، وعرض أهم الأدوار والمسؤوليات للتعامل مع حوادث المواد البترولية ومناقشة مستجدات فرق عمل اللجنة. وتطرق الاجتماع إلى الحملة التوعوية الصيفية لسلامة أنظمة الغاز البترولي المسال التي أطلقتها #دائرة_الطاقة - أبوظبي، وتسليط الضوء على أهم الزيارات الميدانية التي هدفت لرفع مستوى الوعي بمعايير السلامة وتطبيق أفضل الممارسات على مدار أشهر الصيف. #سلامتكم_هي_أولويتنا The Petroleum Products Trading Committee of Abu Dhabi held its third meeting of 2024, attended by members representing government entities in the Emirate. During the meeting, the outcomes of the petroleum products emergency drill conducted were reviewed, the challenges and risks in addressing the unlicensed trading of petroleum products, and the latest developments in the gray market, reviewing the key roles and responsibilities in dealing with petroleum product incidents and discussing the updates from the committee's working groups. The meeting addressed the summer awareness campaign for the safety of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) systems, recently launched by the #DoE, highlighting the most important field visits aimed at raising awareness of safety standards and implementing best practices throughout the summer months. #YouSafetyIsOurPriority

The team met with gas systems operators, facility management & maintenance teams and supervisors to offer support and guidance on gas safety practices, regular maintenance, and emergency response plans. Best practices and standards were discussed as well. The DoE is encouraging gas users, operators, and establishments across the emirate to grow a culture of safety and comply with operational, maintenance and gas filling procedures to ensure the protection of lives and properties in Abu Dhabi. ضمن التزامنا وحرصنا على #سلامة وصحة موظفينا خلال أشهر #الصيف، نظمنا في #دائرة_الطاقة – أبوظبي بالتعاون مع مركز أبوظبي للصحة العامة وهيئة #أبوظبي للدفاع المدني ورشة توعية للموظفين حول السلامة في الحر والإسعافات الأولية. تعرف المشاركون خلال الورشة على علامات الاجهاد الحراري، والتدابير الوقائية اللازمة، وتقديم الإسعافات الأولية للحالات الطارئة بشكل سريع وفعال. We at #DoE had organized an awareness workshop for our employees focused on Safety in Heat and First Aid for heat stress. The workshop was conducted in collaboration with Abu Dhabi Civil Defence and Abu Dhabi Public Health Center, emphasizing our commitment to the well-being and safety of our employees during the #summer.   During the workshop, the employees learned more about heat stress signs, implementing preventative measures, and administering first aid effectively.

استضفنا في #دائرة_الطاقة وفداً من أعضاء تحالف #التبريد التابع لبرنامج الأمم المتحدة للبيئة وممثلي عدد من الدول ضمن زيارة تثقيفية نظمتها الشركة الوطنية للتبريد المركزي (تبريد) حول أهمية تبريد المناطق في دعم الدول على تحقيق الحياد الكربوني. واستعرضت المهندسة خديجة حسن بن بريك، مدير إدارة التنظيم الفني في دائرة الطاقة، قوانين وتشريعات تبريد المناطق التي أصدرتها دائرة الطاقة لتنظيم عملية تنفيذ حلول التبريد المستدام. كما سلطت الضوء على الإطار الشامل لتشريعات القطاع، ومراجعة أحكام الاستثناءات، والأنشطة المنظمة التي يحق لدائرة الطاقة أن تصدر تراخيص تبريد المناطق لها وفقًا للقانون وهي خدمات تبريد المناطق المتكاملة، ومزود خدمات تبريد المناطق، ومزود خدمات تبريد المناطق بالتجزئة. كما تطرقت إلى موضوع الإعفاءات من متطلبات الترخيص، والتأثير الإيجابي لهذه التشريعات على الاستدامة البيئية وكفاءة الطاقة. The #DoE recently hosted a delegation from different countries as part of the Cool Coalition under UNEP. The educational visit was organized by the National Central Cooling Company (Tabreed) to discuss the importance of district cooling in supporting countries to achieve carbon neutrality. During the visit, fruitful discussions were held on DoE district cooling regulations and the implementation of sustainable cooling solutions. Eng. Khadija Hasan Bin Braik, Technical Regulation Director at DoE, presented the comprehensive district cooling regulatory framework. Highlights included an overview of the DC Regulatory Framework, a review of grandfathering provisions, the three types of DC licenses of regulated activities for DC licenses that the DoE may issue in accordance with the law (Integrated DC Services, DC Provider, and DC Retailer). Also she highlighted the exemptions from licensing requirements, and the positive impact of these regulations on environmental sustainability and energy efficiency. ضمن مبادراتنا المجتمعية في عام الاستدامة شاركنا في دائرة الطاقة – أبوظبي في مهرجان ليوا للرطب 2024 بمنطقة الظفرة.   على هامش المهرجان، شاركنا في عدد من الأنشطة ومن ضمنها ورشة توعوية حول الحلول المستدامة لتعزيز كفاءة الطاقة والمياه، قدمها المهندس محمد الحضرمي، رئيس قسم تعليمات وقواعد ومعايير كفاءة الطاقة والمياه في #دائرة_الطاقة.   وركزت الورشة على تعزيز الممارسات المستدامة من خلال استهلاك الكهرباء والمياه بكفاءة، والحفاظ على الموارد الطبيعية.   وتضمنت مشاركة الدائرة تقديم مسابقات تفاعلية لجمهور المهرجان تركزت حول الأساليب الصحيحة في ترشيد الاستهلاك، حيث شهدت المسابقات اقبالاً لافتاً من الجمهور.  #استخدمها_صح #الإمارات53 #اليوم_للغد #عام_الاستدامة As part of our initiatives for the Year of Sustainability, we participated in the Liwa Date Festival 2024 in Al Dhafra region.   During the festival, we engaged with attendees through a range of interactive activities and events, including a session about energy and water efficiency delivered by Eng. Mohamed Al Hadrami, Regulations, Codes and Standards Energy & Water Efficiency Section at #DoE.    The session highlighted enhancing sustainable practices through efficient electricity and water consumption, and preserving natural resources.   The DoE’s participation featured interactive competitions for the festival audience on proper resource conservation methods, which attracted significant public interest. #UseItWisely #YearOfSustainability #TodayForTomorrow #UAE53
