Kennedys has recently advised Ascendis Pharma A/S on an exclusive distribution agreement that will facilitate life-saving treatments to address unmet medical needs. The distribution agreement with Pendopharm a division of Pharmascience Inc. will establish distribution across Canada to supply YORVIPATH® in treating chronic hypoparathyroidism.
