I am the Founder and CEO of Malt & Salt Hospitality, an integrated Hospitality Management & Consulting firm that has developed diverse and distinguished F&B concepts with successful management and profitable execution.

With over 25 years of experience in the Hospitality, Food & Beverage, and Strategic Marketing sectors, I have a proven track record of growing top-line revenues and bottom-line profitability across various F&B ventures through operational excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

As a recognized F&B Growth Specialist and a sought-after speaker and panelist at international hospitality conferences, I have been involved in many exciting and award-winning projects, such as creating, launching, and managing Pantry Café, a gourmet café concept in Dubai, turning around the Chin Chin Group of Restaurants, a leading Chinese cuisine brand in the UAE, and developing multiple bar lounge restaurants and unique F&B concepts in the UAE and India.

I am also passionate about mentoring and imparting knowledge to the next generation of hospitality leaders, having coached and trained over 500 members of various nationalities. My mission is to deliver exceptional F&B experiences that exceed expectations and create value for all stakeholders.
