Regionally experienced expert practitioner with over 12 years of industrial exposure within Human Capital Management, People Competence Management, Career Mapping, Strategic Talent/L&D development and Business Process Operations. Competent to assess and drive business centric HR and L&D practices while maintaining highly engaging and collaborative Employee Experience throughout Employee Lifecycle.

As an academic researcher, have conducted research on Organizational Change Management and Succession planning for expanding business. My research vision as a future Doctorate candidate is focused on AI and Sustainable competencies for future skills and future technologies at transformational MNEs and larger organizations in MENA region.

I am Emotional Intelligence Coach Practitioner, Certified HR consultant and L5 Assoc CIPD HR and L&D practitioner. I am well verse with end to end regional HR operations, Talent Management, Learning management and organization development interventions within Middle East & Africa region. My work revolves around Corporate Education Management, Talent management and Organizational Development solutions for Executives, Managers and C-level as per global and regional benchmark, future industrial skills demand analysis while ensuring successful implementation of Education, Talent and L&D strategies as per corporate vision for internal and external stakeholders.
