نبذة عني

Operational Readiness Lead at Qiddiya, a KSA megaproject with plans to become a hub for entertainment, sports and culture. Qiddiya is an exciting new destination city right on Riyadh's doorstep.

Known for accelerating transformations, delivering turnarounds and growth, with a combined focus on financial and operational performance and organizational health.

Held or acted in the roles of Group CEO, COO, CHRO, CTO and Enterprise Readiness Lead.

Extensive strategy and transformation experience, bringing over 15 years of consulting across the energy, financial services, travel, telecoms, public and healthcare sectors in Middle East, Europe and Africa. Clients typically included BoDs, Ministers, Deputy Ministers, CEOs, CHROs, CSOs and Chief Transformation Officers (CTOs).

Listed and profiled in ‘Arabian Business - GCC Young Achievers 2021’, with a few years of hands-on experience as the Group CEO of Lootah Holding, a family-owned conglomerate pursuing ventures in diversified industry sectors comprising real estate development, construction, logistics, interior design, Islamic financial advisory, IT implementation and digital transformation, healthcare education, healthcare products and food products.

Served on the Advisory Board of the School of Business & Quality Management at Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University and as Executive Committee Member at Souq Extra. Registered with the GCC BoD Institute (BDI).

Led McKinsey’s Organization Solutions (OrgSolutions) department across the Middle East, helping clients answer critical questions related to organizational health, performance culture, efficiency and talent. Prior to that spent over a decade at Accenture, establishing and leading a team of high performing strategy consultants specialized in investments and optimization.

    “I will have known Arash 30 years this coming July! Whilst we have never worked together professionally I pretty much reported to him on the football pitch for our local Sunday club!
