I am a global recruiter specializing in talent acquisition in streaming and digital media.

Leading a small but highly effective team, our mission is clear: to identify and secure the best talent for our clients.

Over the past eight years, we have honed a methodology that leverages AI-generated psychometric evaluations to assess and attract top candidates. This innovative approach ensures we capture the attention of our targets and deliver exceptional results.

Our process is rigorous and precise.

We don't believe in drip-feeding CVs; we provide comprehensive digital shortlists on agreed dates, adhering to a meticulously crafted project plan for each assignment.

We orchestrate selection days that facilitate a thorough and unbiased evaluation of candidates and offer intensive support during their resignation process, ensuring a smooth transition.

Beyond recruitment, I have immersed myself in the streaming sector by founding OTTRED, a vibrant community with over 1,000 members. Our app features a news section, member database, events, and a creator library, fostering a rich and engaged network.

Hosting the OTTRED Spotlight podcast has been my university, providing invaluable insights through conversations with thought leaders and industry experts from around the globe.
