An award-winning Human Resources Professional and a strategic partner to senior leadership teams in various industries with over 18 years of progressive experience in human resources management. Currently, I am the HR Manager at International Cricket Council, where I lead the implementation of corporate HR strategy and its alignment with the organizational strategy.

My core competencies include talent management, succession planning, payroll, compensation and benefits, employee welfare, and change management. I have a proven track record of driving, supporting, and modeling a service-oriented culture focused on employee engagement, quality, and service excellence. I have also successfully managed departmental restructuring, workforce planning, and business realignments, while resolving employee conflicts in a fair and tactful manner. My goal is to leverage my expertise and passion for HR to enable the International Cricket Council to achieve its vision and mission.
