Becoming more sustainable is one of the biggest challenges facing corporates today – and the built environment accounts for approximately 40% of the world’s CO2 emissions the world needs ~ $9 trillion of annual investments till 2050 to align with the Paris climate agreement of the 1 .5 degree scenario. Everyone’s now asking how can we decarbonize our buildings preferably in the most efficient and effective way where customers are looking to maximize portfolio profitability while minimizing the risk of stranded assets.

Thats where Muhammad comes in. He is an energy & sustainability expert and passion for technology who can make a tangible difference, advising companies on how to invest in and implement measures that deliver a potent combination of financial, environmental, and social return by combining digital and real worlds enabled by technology.

Muhammad has with deep experience in driving top line growth and bottom line efficiencies, practice management, and business development. He brings nearly 13 + years of experience working on diverse sectors primarily on the issues of energy, climate change, safety, environmental management, health and well-being, social performance, and triple bottom line business cases.

Muhammad is passionate about bridging the gap between resilience and sustainability and he believes that technology is a key enabler that can make that happen.

As a segment consultant for the digital buildings team he has expertise with analyzing, designing implementing and managing smart building projects with an emphasis on client business solutions project management and data system integration.

How do you harness the power of data from disparate systems for the betterment of the environment, worker engagement, patient outcomes, customer satisfaction financial profitability, etc? How do you use predictive analytics to improve the maintenance and operation of facilities? How do you optimize both energy consumption and on-site energy generation?

The list is long, and the eraof the loT (Internet of Things) enabled data streaming facility is here now. Let's not build the same old facility we always have, just because we are used to it. It is time for new ways of thinking, new ways of approaching problems
