نبذة عني

I am considered and expert in the leadership, management of hospitals as well as the development of clinical services and clinical redesign within the acute health care setting.
I have had the privilege of holding Senior Executive positions, at CEO level, within both the public and private sector and am able to balance the clinical imperatives within financial constraints.
I have also been considered a 'trouble shooter' for many hospitals having gained a successful track record in turning around under performing hospitals both within Australia and the UK.
In the past 8 years I have also been successful in the management and commissioning of major capital projects, the most recent being the commissioning of the Sunshine Coast University Private Hospital which I delivered ahead of schedule and significantly under budget. In addition, we were also successful in gaining accreditation within the first week of opening. This has been a highlight of my career.
I enjoy a challenge and enjoy developing high performing teams.
