Manasi is a Post Graduate in Human Resource Management who brings in diverse & broad based experience across industries. She is a seasoned HR professional with a rich combination HR Business partnering experience as well as domain expertise in Talent Management & Learning and Development.
She brings with her a robust experience of leading HR teams to drive HR Strategy &Transformation agenda across multiple geographies. She has led HR teams to successfully deliver the HR agenda in business units of 2000+ employees in large multinational organizations.
She also has the expertise of setting up , designing and execution of the Talent Management & learning processes in line with overall HR Strategy.
Having worked in both Specialist & Generalist HR leadership roles, Manasi brings with her an interesting combination of HR Subject matter expertise as well as execution excellence which enable her to drive HR transformations both strategically and operationally.
