In my role as Director of Marketing, I am passionate about driving lasting relationships and growing revenues on a regional scale through innovative strategies while involving the people on the ground.
I am a forward-thinking professional where over the last 22+ years have been successful across several domains – including marketing, business development and HR/Culture functions.
Grateful for a journey that enabled me to be:
• Catalyst for change with a solid record of reversing underperforming product portfolios, generating sustainable revenue, identifying and valuing customer needs, and building strong professional relationships
• Champion of strategic growth through external partnership opportunities and internal new product development supported by compelling business cases with detailed financial analyses and modelling
• Negotiator adept at communicating at all levels in an organization while fostering partnership and collaboration
• Coach and mentor to marketing teams and other cross functional team members trailblazing innovation, engaging alignment and inspiring change in challenging and dynamic environments
• Subject matter expert at refining user needs, segmentation and targeting, product positioning, key messaging and at overcoming uncertainty through clarity of strategies supported by market analyses and voice of customer (VOC) insights
• Leader in generating key insights to promote sound business recommendations, resolve problems, and form solid strategies through data-driven analyses ensuring scientific, regulatory, quality, financial and commercial viability
