My experience involves Government and Public Sector reform in specific areas of Strategy Formulation, Operational Performance Improvement, Policies & Procedures development, Organisational Structuring, Job Evaluation and Change Management.

I have also been involved with several clients in the Gulf and the Middle East targeted at increasing the efficiency of operations, designing future and operating models, and reducing risks by identifying key preventative controls.

I have over 25 years of experience in a broad range of areas, where I have participated and managed several initiatives spanning across different areas of Strategic Formulation, HR & OD, Process Improvement, Best Practices Implementation, Organisation Transformation and Change Management, Organisation Restructuring and Design, Job Evaluation, Manpower Rationalization as well as facilitating top management vision-mission and business strategy development workshops.

I focus heavily on leveraging the Firm’s key initiatives and cross-functional services for new business opportunities across the region with a successful track record for developing relationships among clients that are exhaustive to all industries within the market.
