نبذة عني

A highly Consultative and Results driven multi-lingual Strategy and Transformation Project Delivery Manager with over 18 yrs of experience leading innovative digital banking solutions and re-engineering initiatives across the Banking and Fintech sector.
After completing my Business Administration degree and MBA in Finance and Marketing, my career began developing in operational excellence roles where I focused on process and performance improvements as well as implementation of global & local transformation projects.
As my career progressed, and I moved into Project Manager positions, I continued focusing on process re-engineering and business integration, becoming an expert in managing and realising stakeholder goals through programme control on large scale engagements.

Progressing into Senior Management, I have cultivated experience working across the full spectrum of retail banking value chain, covering product development, distribution, underwriting and operations, whilst utilising lean six sigma disciplines, and facilitating internal and external business growth practices.

As a strong leader, I am also able to build, mentor, develop and inspire high performing teams which when placed alongside my technical knowledge means that today, I successfully facilitate and implement on-time and on-budget projects, employing effective project methodologies that deliver significant efficiencies, mitigate risk and drive change.
