As a Senior Vice President and Executive Team Member at TASC Outsourcing, I lead innovative, effective hiring solutions for businesses of all types and sizes in the region. With over 25 years of experience in global management and sales, I have worked for some of the world's top HR consulting and outsourcing companies, such as Kelly Services, Crystal Lagoons, Hays Group, and Randstad Group, in 10 different countries across Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East.

My core competencies include company turnarounds, green field implementations, team building, restructuring, cost control, process engineering, and strategic execution. I have a multicultural and B2B service-oriented approach, and I excel at working with C-level clients and partners. I have a Master in International Economy and a Senior Executive Program from IESE Business School and Tias University. I am also a career and business coach, a multiplier leader, and a former world-class field hockey referee.
