My extensive experience includes successfully managing mega projects, transformation initiatives, and technology implementations, such as nuclear projects, post-merger integrations, ERP deployments, infrastructure enhancements, and system integrations.
I have led high-performing, multicultural teams and overseen portfolios valued at billions of dollars. I have established robust Project and Change Management frameworks compliant with industry standards, delivered exceptional results on over 400 projects, and created project management academies that trained hundreds of professionals.
