Having spent 18 years in the banking industry spearheading transformative initiatives that reshaped the sector, I have now transitioned into the baking industry as the Group Chief Information Officer (GCIO) at Switz Group. Renowned for its expertise in the FMCG sector, particularly in baking, Switz Group stands out for its accumulated knowledge and leadership in the baking industry.

With extensive experience in Data, Business Intelligence, Data visualization, Analytics, and AI, I bring a wealth of expertise to my role. Previously serving as Vice President (VP) at First Abudhabi Bank(FAB), Head of Analytics and AI, I led transformative initiatives in the banking sector, transitioning the banks' contact center, Operations, Technology, Retail, and corporate business through effective solutions in Data analytics and AI. This included enabling a modern Cloud data platform now serving enterprise data needs.

My accomplishments have earned recognition as the author and creator of an AI model, a patent owner for innovative solutions, and a recipient of prestigious awards including the BEST AI transformational leadership award and Smart Data Excellence award in the financial services sector.

My leadership has resulted in significant returns on investment, with investments in data, analytics, and AI yielding a 4x ROI. I am deeply passionate about utilizing data, analytics, and artificial intelligence to enhance revenue, reduce costs, and elevate customer satisfaction.

Specializing in offering challenging AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions, I have deployed technologies including voice biometrics, chatbots, virtual agents, and voice-to-text applications. Collaborating closely with business leaders, data stewards, and IT teams, I drive data-driven decision-making processes and facilitate transformational outcomes.

My experience includes building data infrastructure for Fortune 500 companies, encompassing Big Data, Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, and solution architectural design. I have expertise in data modeling, master data management, metadata management, dimensional modeling, and data transformation.

Furthermore, I excel in creating and implementing data, analytics, and AI maturity assessments, developing actionable roadmaps for revenue generation, cost optimization, customer experience enhancement, and process effectiveness.
