Having a deep understanding of NFTs, WEB3, and other crypto-related projects, Me as a specialist creates the perfect roadmap after consulting with the development and marketing team. Responsible for managing IT staff, developing department goals, and overseeing all products.
Managing the entire IT department, including the product designing team, and plans, deploys, and maintains IT systems and operations. Managing the organization's software development needs, developing IT policies, procedures, and best practices, and staying up-to-date with IT trends and emerging technologies. As well as managing the legal and marketing departments on their performances.
With expertise and leadership skills and being Crypto Specialist supporting the growth and success of businesses in the crypto space, making them a valuable asset to any organization seeking to navigate this complex industry.

You're in charge of a team of senior stakeholders. How do you keep them motivated?
Communication is very important. if there are many departments in a company they must have a connector or a bridge between them where everyone stays up to dated with what they are doing. Its not about reporting to your seniors or juniors its about the communication so everyone stays connected and the timeline or commitments are not delayed. Such as if one person is doing something wrong for some time and he havent communicated with team it can cause a delay. As team could have communicated and helped and corrected him earlier.

Trust and rapport is very important for a healthy work environment to keep everyone focused and away from the doubts. Talking about other things than work some times when speaking with them helps alot to divert the mind little bit from pressure. Speaking about buying property or luxurious watches and clothing or it can be any other topics related to vacation.

You're in charge of a team of senior stakeholders. How do you keep them motivated?
Goals and vision must be clear for everyone in your team we are often starting our work with some motivational arguments and in entire day team including stakeholders are also reminded about the targets to keep everyone motivated. Team members are reminded and more focused on goals and vision whenever we remind them about the results and the rewards they would reap from it once we reach the level we are after.
