Experienced technology leader with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. I have over 20 years of experience across Business Transformation, Digital Services, Digital Customer Experience, Innovation, Customer-Centric applications, Modern Customer Relationship Management, Process design and redesign, Enterprise System Security, Identity and Access Management Strategy (IAM), Digital Roadmap Design, and Enterprise Solution Architecture.
I participated as a public speaker in multiple events, including Dreamforce 2021, the Data Innovation Forum for Salesforce Architects (twice), and the Tunisia Digital Summit 2021.
I am passionate about technology and how it can be applied to change an enterprise services portfolio's shape. I have worked with technology and its application, from hands-on roles coding as a developer through to leadership roles. I published my first book “Becoming a Salesforce Certified Technical Architect” in 2020, which was a best seller. I published the 2nd edition of the same book in 2023 and am currently working on a third book.
