Holds Graduation degree and works as planning / scheduling engineer, has over 5 years of buildings & infrastructure construction exposure, specialized in Planning & Scheduling, Project Monitoring & Controlling and EOT claims preparation (Windows Analysis, Time Impact Analysis, etc), fully conversant with Oracle Primavera Project Management (P6 v 7.0) & MS Office 2013, with a practical knowledge of construction techniques / procedures which include Residential / Commercial buildings, Infrastructure / Underground Utilities."
My responsibilities include but not limited to;
- Preparing of Baseline & Revised Baseline Time Schedules.
- Preparing Internal programme for PM & pd.
- Preparing and follow-up on weekly program updates.
- Preparing the daily report, weekly report & monthly report for the project.
- Monitoring Subcontractor’s work progress and highlighting shortfalls and delays.
- Preparing Manpower and Equipment histogram and monitoring of resources.
- Submit all the reports to the project manager and gave recommendations to get the project back on track in case of delay.
- Preparing Claims and Submit it.
