At Agua Caliente Casinos, we are family united in a common goal to provide exceptional experiences to our guests. As such, we are committed to supporting community events in our local area. Applications are currently closed. On September 1, 2024 Agua Caliente Casinos will begin accepting applications for events taking place October 2025 – September 2026.

• Agua Caliente Casinos operates on an October – September FY. On September 1, 2024 the application portal will open for events taking place October 2025 – September 2026 and will remain open until May 31, 2025.

• Agua Caliente Casinos accepts and reviews requests that are at least 90 days prior to the start of advertising of the event or the campaign kick-off, not to the event date.

• Agua Caliente Casinos prefers supporting community events and organizations that provide services within the Agua Caliente Indian Reservation and the greater Coachella Valley.

• Applications must include a full list of benefits that Agua Caliente Casinos would receive for sponsorship contributions. It’s highly recommended that values are assigned to each benefit.

• Applications that do not contain all of the required information will be deemed incomplete and may be declined. While all complete proposals will be reviewed, primary consideration will be given to marketing related local sponsorship opportunities.

• Agua Caliente Casinos may require your organization to make a presentation before making a decision regarding funding; you will be notified if this is the case.

• Non-profit organizations and events that benefit local charities must submit their application for sponsorship to the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians vs the Casinos. This can be done via the Charitable Application located on the tribe’s website: https://aguacaliente.org/philanthropy  

• Please note that an approved sponsorship does not guarantee future support. A new application and review process would be required each year.
