Principal Product Manager

The Principal Product Manager for Reporting will own the development and launch of products and the development and management of product managers in the reporting squad.

As a Principal Product Manager for Reporting you will own initiatives to define and deliver on the reporting vision with ServiceTitan, leading a team to scale, and support the needs of our customers and internal development.

What You'll Do:

• Own the vision and strategy of ServiceTitan’s reporting and dashboards product line
• Define and execute on the the roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and close collaboration with internal and external teams to deliver enhancements and new reporting offerings
• Independently execute across all areas of the product life cycle (research, concept, user stories, development, go-to-market, adoption)
• Proactively surface and resolve conflicts / bottlenecks
• Take ownership and accountability over the overall performance and availability of the reporting platform.
• Own customer escalations to ensure proper resolution while communicating impact to roadmap items
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, identify gaps in core product functionality, and help build the right set of reporting and accompanying enhancements
• Partner with Growth, Engineering, Design, and Executive teams to bring reporting platform products to market and grow new business opportunities
• Define, track and improve key reporting metrics and success criteria
• Represent ServiceTitan as a thought leader and reporting expert in customer and prospect meetings and on our online community
• Build strong working relationships with developers, designers, UX researchers, sales engineers, and people from all departments
• Represent ServiceTitan as a domain and product expert in customer and prospect meetings and in our online community
• Drive success and adoption of your products by working closely with product marketing managers in creating internal and external launch plans
  
  

What You'll Need:

• 7-10 years of relevant work experience in a product management role
• Prior experience in people management
• 3+ years of experience in leading enterprise software reporting solutions for top-tier SaaS product organizations
• Strong domain experience with enterprise grade reporting, dashboards, visualizations, business intelligence tools, data warehousing, and the intersection of AI with enterprise grade reporting.
• Strong grasp of industry trends in business intelligence.
• Experience with SQL
• Technical software background. Solid understanding of databases, data warehouses, APIs, analytics.
• Prior experience in taking a digital product from concept to successful launch a strong plus
• Ability to move seamlessly between conversing with product and engineering leadership, product managers, business teams (sales, customer facing teams), and Senior Executives
• Deep knowledge of reporting, dashboards and data needs of both small and large businesses.
• Strong analytical abilities and prior experience with building business cases, data analysis, and problem solving
• Excellent communication, writing, and presenting skills
• Self-starter that thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with the demonstrated capacity to lead, motivate and work well with others
• Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
• Proven ability to deliver on commitments and timelines
• Intelligent, quick thinking, and fast learning team player
• 4-year degree from a top university, MBA or related graduate degree strongly preferred
