It's very hard to find a level that you can adjust bubble.
Very easy to calibrate if level does not demonstrate perfect accuracy.
To test: put level on a reasonably level surface...bubble should be in the exact same place when you flip level end-for-end. Note: that means that the bubble may not be in the exact middle if the surface that the level rests on is NOT level. Doesn't matter, though, as long as it's in the same spot when you flip end-to-end.
(If not, small adjustment screws allow for tiny adjustment of the bubble. I like knowing that I have a level that will always be accurate).
