🌍 Empowering Communities, Building Futures in Cabinda    Today we're bringing an update on the Integrated Social Project of Cabinda, following a visit to monitor its multiple initiatives.  The team was thrilled to see the results of Azule’s and our implementing partner efforts:    🏫 Education - two rehabilitated schools in great shape where they also had the joy of sharing moments with students, and the ongoing construction of a vocational training center, set to accommodate 500+ students annually.    📊 Economic development – the project also empowers entrepreneurs, like a local bread maker now producing 1,800+ loaves per day. The project also supports farmer clubs, one of them in Buco Zau that got converted into a cooperative which is now cultivating a variety of crops; The team took the opportunity to deliver cassava processing machines to boost its productivity. 🥖🥔🥕🌽    We are looking forward to the next visit and furthering our mission to support communities. 💪    #AzuleEnergy #CommunitySupport #Sustainability

🌟 Welcoming the future to Azule Energy 🌟    Following the launch of our 2024 Internship Programme in March, we welcomed 34 talented interns to our team. For six months, these young professionals will gain hands-on experience in Exploration, Projects, and Operations, preparing them for success in the oil sector and opening doors to promising job opportunities. 👏 ⚡  Our CEO, Adriano Mongini personally met with the interns to welcome them aboard.    It is our firm belief that the collaboration between universities and industry is crucial for developing highly qualified professionals ready to face today's job market challenges. Azule Energy and Sonangol expand partnership at the Luanda Refinery    Azule Energy and Sonangol Refinação e Petroquímica SA have signed a new agreement to extend our existing collaboration to further enhance the Luanda Refinery. This new phase will focus on studying the feasibility of implementing a biorefinery at the existing complex as part of its decarbonization, along with providing essential technical and operational support.    🌟 Highlights of our partnership:    🤝 June 2018 – Collaboration launched.   🚧 July 2022 – Installation of a new platforming unit to maximize high octane gasoline output, as well as improvement of maintenance processes and extensive training for Sonangol employees.  📜 September 2023 - Signature of a MoU with Sonangol for potential joint initiatives in decarbonization and renewable energies, including conducting studies for the implementation of a biorefinery.    Azule Energy is excited about this new chapter and the positive impact it will have on Angola’s energy sector. ⚡💡 #AzuleEnergy #Sonangol #LuandaRefinery
