Absolutely awful experience. My work partners with the app to provide discounted parking at certain garages but those lots (let alone rates) don't show up when you search in app. Work had to send a 60 character widget url to have you enter info in a browser which asks to complete the booking in the app via link. But the kicker is the app doesn't load when trying using that link. I've tried updating the app, uninstalling then reinstall, and it still just spins.

My parking pass appears on the web page but the app says i don't have any parking passes. I verified that i logged in with the same Google account. Edit, in response to ParkWhiz reply: I called customer service. They were much less than helpful. The issue turns out to be this: People are allowed to sell you their pass, and transfer it to you. But as the purchaser, you can't use it in the app. It has to have been purchased originally from your account. So not only does the app suck, ParkWhiz too

Beware! Issues Duplicate Barcodes?! Used Parkwhiz for months without issue. I loved the convenience and saving a few dollars booking in advance. But this last time I arrived at the parking lot I usually park for Tiger Baseball, I scanned my QR Code and it said it had been used already! I double and triple checked that I had the correct date and time, ended up having to pay to park after I already paid! Did they give my code to someone else? I won't be using the app again, not worth the risk.
