Work you’ll do.
- Design, Develop, and maintain software application using Microsoft Technologies, .NET framework, and C#.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams, including developers, quality assurance engineers, and product managers to gather and analyze requirements to translate into technical specifications.
- Design, Implement and enhance features on the current platform.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to architectural guidelines.
- Troubleshoot and debug software defects.
- Optimize application performance and scalability through code optimization and performance tuning techniques.
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Mentor Junior Developers and provide technical guidance and support when required.
- Participate in nightly batch calls depending on scheduling, and coverage.

This can include the delivery of large-scale software applications & integrated systems, the development of service-oriented architecture (SOA) & other integrations solutions, and the delivery of technology enablement to support CIO services transformation. Our Application Modernization and Innovation offering focuses on key client issues that impact the core business. We provide operational value, modernized mission solutions, and enhanced technology innovation.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.
- Ability to travel 10-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- 5 + years of experience in software development.
- 3 + years of experience with .Net and C# development.
- Ability to work at client site in Hanover, MD three days a week.
Preferred:
- 5 + years of experience with .Net and C# development.
- 8 + years of experience in software development.
- Professional certifications perferred.
