Worst

Worst service. I get car cleaning exterior and interior, but i lost my parking card after. I asked the cleaner he said he did not saw it. When i asked for the before and after cleaning photos i pointed out from the photo showing the paeking card and he still claim he did not saw it. The after cleaning photo shows the card was not there after cleaning. It was clear the card was misplaced. I asked the driver where he put it but he took it the wrong way asking me back if i am accusing him of taking the card. I said i am asking where did you put my card. I asked back did you throw something out of my car, he said none. But i asked him again after showing the photo. He said it was trash not card so he threw it. It was clear that the card was lost after his cleaning and i checked every corner of my car as CAFU wants me to checked but there isn’t parking card. Its been a week and CAFU just get back to me that their employee said he did not see the card. I responded back that what is the use of your photos. If we claim there is something missing on our car we do not have a choice but to accept it because CAFU will not do anything!

App glitching

Ive been using Cafu for 3 years now. Never faced any major issues worth the hassle of placing a review, but today the 13th of March 2023. I just placed an order and left the cap opened, passed by my car to see the cap was closed and I didn’t receive my e-receipt which I usually get seconds after my tank is filled. I open the app and I get a message saying that my order was unsuccessful because the cap was close and a suggestion to reschedule. So I rescheduled and opened the cap again, few minutes later the new captain started filling my tank and turns out my tank is full and I was charged 60 dirhams minimum charge. I contacted them through the phone, chat on the app, and WhatsApp. They said they will investigate and get back to me which will take them 24 to 48 hours. Let’s see how this will be resolved, I will be placing another review after they “resolve” it. Not sure if it was the app glitching or the first captain not completing my order properly but this incident was really frustrating and inconvenient.

Side note: their car wash service is horrible :)

Horrible service

I booked your “45 minutes” service at 5:30 and until 11:30 your tow truck did not come. I called him multiple times and he assured me he will be there in 10-20 minutes every time i called him which caused me to lose multiple toe trucks that stopped for me and i told them to go because i already paid for your service. I had my wife call him since they speak the same language to make it easier and he started raising his voice at her and being rude with his words and then she found out that we haven’t been talking to the driver this entire time but rather since he was “stuck in traffic” he just went to meet his friends waiting for the traffic to die down instead of attempting to come. This has been the worst experience i have ever faced with any company in the last 30 years i have been in dubai and i will 100% never use it again and never recommend it. I finally got another tow truck to stop and i happily paid 3 times your rate just to end the misery your company has caused.
