Monthly billing

I am observing that the monthly bill is increasing despite that my usage is the same
I would like to know the reason and the details of the different fees and tax’s imposed on my account. Last month bill was 274 pounds this month is 304???

Mobster company

Etisalat is a mobster telecommunication company, they dont care about customer at all, they forcefully increase your monthly bill without notice and if you dont pay, they suspend all your numbers without informing you. They are misusing their power and blackmail you to pay otherwise they will suspend all your other numbers also and also ruin your Aecb report. Although the non paid bill was wrong but you can not ask questions, justifications and you can not complain. Worse company ever, i will avoid all etisalat services as they dont care about 6 years old customer who is using multiple services, numbers, internet devices and giving them good business but they dont care.

Bad customer service team

I’ve had an issue for over a year where I always have to log in using quick login due to problems with my credentials. No one on the team knows where the issue lies. I called the call center, and they transferred me to the mobile app team, who then said it was a customer service issue. I’ve been stuck in this loop for a year now. If they opened a ticket with the IT team, they would understand and resolve my issue.
