One month age ago you updated bit not care about all dives of IOS
No English Speaker
So difficult to find an English speaker here, I called trice they switched off on my face because I asked for English speaker. The fourth times I spoke to them finally someone who speaks intermediate English answered the phone, the landline not working every-time and it causes the INTERNERT not working, it’s been a week I called them everyday and the same promises they always says within 24hours would be fixed but nothing done until the 7th day, SO DISAPPOINTED and not recommended at all!! They just want money and 0 service
Unprofessional upgrade and migration from We
Before to plan the update of your app, you should notify your customers ahead with clear picture of your update, the process and instructions of the new account creation, for instance, I didn’t know what is my service number since I had the previous account based on my email and password credentials! There is no contact number whatsoever on your new app for help or assistance, big failure with zero plan unfortunately 👎
