Download the Agria app (formerly Agria Vet Guide) today, register your pet and you will then be able to contact us easily if you need to. We offer advice, triage and an opinion on the current health status of your pet.
We’re here to help you if you are worried about your pet’s health. Agria policyholders have unlimited access to digital consultations in the app. Uninsured customers can also access the assistance of a vet by a cost for each booked appointment.

Download the app, register with your email address, add your animal, and book a time. Quick and easy!
With the Agria app you can obtain general advice and triage. We will help you manage your pet’s health concerns:

Fantastic service
I was worried about my kitten and had already called my local vets who gave me an appointment for 4 days later.
I was still concerned and remembered this service. First time I have used the service and they were very understanding and said my kitten needed to be seen immediately.
This service is invaluable and given this is part of the insurance, it’s an amazing service. The vet, Samantha Rose, is lovely and very knowledge.
Doesn't work in landscape mode on iPad
This is one of those annoying apps that only works in Portrait mode on iPad, meaning my case/stand is useless and I'd have to find something to prop it up if I need to make a call. Also doesn't respect iOS keyboard shortcuts so I have to type everything out. I've registered, needs email and phone number - I entered a throw-away email that removes trackers and the confirmation link it sent did nothing. Started again with my real email (that Agria have on record I guess) and that worked and it linked to my Agria insurance details so I guess that's fine. I hope they improve the UI.
Buggy
I had lots of problems getting this app to work. At first it didn’t give me the option to change my country of residence and defaulted to Sweden. Eventually, after numerous calls to Customer Services I was able to change this to UK.
Then I found myself in an endless loop trying to link my policy email address to my pet. After more calls to Customer Service I was advised to delete my account and start again. This didn’t work either.
I found the solution was to link my policy email address to my pet manually which worked. Eureka!
Maybe I was just unlucky. I am glad to have the app set up ready to use when needed.
