Love coffee? Then you’re in the right place. The Costa Coffee app makes being a coffee fan so much easier and more rewarding. It’s the simplest way to collect Costa Club beans, order your favourite drink for collection in store, find your nearest Costa, view your beans balance and exchange beans for free treats. Yum!

All of your Costa Club details are in the palm of your hand, so there’s no need to carry your loyalty card. Just scan your phone at the till whenever you make a purchase, or scan the code from Costa Express machines whilst your drink is being made. You can even order your favourite drink from a Costa Express machine, all from the app!

With our app, you can:

• Log in with your current Costa Club account details, register an existing card or set up a new account (and get a new member bonus of 1 bean!)
• Use mobile ordering to order ahead and skip the queue in store
• You can now use your free drink rewards on Collect orders
• One touch contactless reordering from a Costa Express machine
• Treat a friend by gifting them a reward
• Track your beans balance to see when you have enough for a free handcrafted drink
• Find details of your nearest Costa stores including directions, opening times and facilities
• Ditch the card and keep Costa Club in your pocket at all times
• Add your Costa Club card to your Apple Wallet

We pass your Costa Club ID internally within our systems to deliver more relevant and personalised content and rewards in the future.You can contact Customer Services to opt out of the profiling of your personal data.

Almost awesome

My only complaint about this app is the map, it shows you the location of all Costa’s near by BUT it doesn’t tell you the place name and you can’t click on the Costa to see more info like the name/location so I can’t pre order using the app as I have no idea the name of the closest store, or if I wanted to put it in to a sat nav to go there I can’t. And then equally with the list of stores “near by” which does list the name shows how close they are but usually there are several at similar distances for example Rowland place 5 miles and Greater Green 7 mile etc but they are all in different/various directions on the map BUT I can’t click on the name to see where it is on the map! So neither are interactive. The map shows me where the Costa stores are on the list shows me the name to are in no way, connected or interactive so actually gives me no real idea of which Costa I am heading towards if I wish to pre-order for example so it’s pointless really as I can’t use that function. But I do like the collecting points and the offers with the reward section that’s easy to use and benefits me a lot as I do use it often. But next update Costa please show names/locations of the stores on the map please

Lost access to 12+ free drinks and any treat drops

Since version 5 was released, I have been deleting the app and uploading latest update then logging in. I’m now in 5.0.3. I can log in but the system can not look up and display ANY info on my stamps and collected rewards. I don’t know when my next reward expires as a result and I certainly can’t access any treat drops if they appear because the whole rewards system is no longer working. I’ve tried to contact customer support but it’s not easy to find a place in the website where you can report bugs with the app. I have contacted support but have never heard anything back from them and two updates have appeared since, but those updates do not make the slightest difference, even after I delete the app, reboot the iPhone and installed the new version of the app and log in successfully. I get a message saying “Oops something went wrong” and I can use the app but anything related to rewards is just blank or it says “unable to check for rewards”. I really am not happy with the support and feel let down by having to play stupid reward games. I would have much more respect for a company that didn’t use rewards and instead lowered their prices -and this headache that leaves you SOL with no messages from support or updates on the issue is a one good example of why relying on playing silly reward games is something that I have little respect for.

Great team, great people

This is quite simply the best Costa I have visited, the staff are amazing, extremely polite and hospitable. The managers Claire and Simon run a very tight ship and ensure that customer service and standards are exemplary! The rest of the team including Sophie, Daisy, Tara, Lorena, Danny are extremely friendly and polite always smiling and happy and always taking time to talk and be sociable even when busy, it’s more like a family business than a large chain.
Unlike many Costas there are never plates and empty cups all over unoccupied tables, this ensures you always get a clean table and somewhere to sit, the whole establishment is always clean and kept to a high standard.
I would most definitely take the 1 star reviews on here as a bit suspect and would say that’s more the attitude of the customer than the staff here.
I come here at least three times a week and have never been dissapointed!!
