Frameo 4+

Excellent in use and great service

I’ve had the frame for sometime now and it has always worked exactly as expected.
Easy to use, excellent quality pictures etc etc
However, I was really impressed recently when I had cause to change my wireless network and then could not relink to the frame.
I persisted in emailing Frameo Support to get them to help and they were incredibly patient and took me through the potential problems.
I think, in desperation they wondered if I was entering the WiFi password correctly - and that was indeed the problem! I’d written it down incorrectly and blindly kept reentering what was on my pad.
Lesson learnt, thanks to Frameo.

I want one!

I’ve just bought a Frameo frame for my mum’s birthday and preloaded it with some photos for her and I am so pleased with it, beautiful clear images and easy to use, great app and love how quick and easy it is to send photos.

A couple of suggestions I have for the frame would be to be able to pause the slideshow on a specific photo and then restart it. And also to be able to create different ‘albums’ and be able to choose one album at a time for the slideshow. I know my mum wants to be able to look at photos from a specific holiday or event and won’t always want the slideshow to scroll through the hundreds photos of our kids and dogs that I’m sure we will be sending her!

Thanks so much though as this is the ideal birthday present, especially during lockdown - my mum is always wishing she could easily see digital photos displayed nicely without having to look on a ‘device’.

My family love their frames

I’ve bought three of these for my parents and in-laws. It’s brilliant.
I can’t work out how to give feedback, so hoping they’ll see this review: when selecting new pics, can you grey out pictures I’ve already sent? Unless I check back at all I’ve sent, it’s hard to remember as I send and take a lot of photos. It’s easy to spend time carefully curating a set of photos only then to work out I’d already selected before 🙃
