Ok when it works
So I was recommended this over other VPN services and on the whole it seems good and great value for money, however there are a few issues. Mainly when you lock your phone and unlock it after a few minutes, there’s no connection, and you have to manually log back into the app and switch on the VPN. It does seem intermittent and can soon be resolved, but other than that it seems good
We had a good run...
... but I think our time together is over. I’ve been living abroad for eight months and got a VPN so I could connect to my university website in English, read my papers, and complete my work in a timely manner since I know that Word Online is unstable in the country I’m in.
As of around three weeks ago, this app stopped working well for me. I can connect to three servers - even after talking to Support online - and it’s the same on my laptop. I’m really disappointed because I loved this app when I first arrived here, and now I anticipate not being able to connect whenever I need to use the internet.
Excellent customer service
Installed the app on my fire stick, and after an initial problem, purely my fault for putting in my email address incorrectly, it worked a treat. Very impressed with the online help, almost immediate, and instructions easy for someone with very little app knowledge to understand. If you need a VPN, would defo recommend this one.
