Worst app ever
I paid money to get a 1 day subscription through my debit card. The transaction was completed and the money was gone however i did not get my subscription. Banglalink and this app has the worst customer service in the country as they could not help me recover my money or my 1 day subscription to watch the t20 world cup. Grameenphone and their services are definitely better. Would give them 0/5 stars if there was an option.
Important speech
I use the network banglalink even in Bangladesh but it shows my network isn’t stable plus, I feel quite depressed because of the app quality and by the reviews of British people so I ask toffee to make the app for grameen phone (gp) and for people out of my country
