I withdrew £180 on the 4-1-22,
2 weeks on Tuesday and it’s still not hit my bank, I’ve always had fast withdrawal never been a problem before! Only get to speak to the robot who gives generic answers,god knows what’s happened to it where it’s gone,!
Won’t be playing again until the matters resolved..

Scam avoid !!!!

William Hill will let you win at first as a new customer then after a few weeks NOTHING literally ! Spent lots with WH and also stupidly recommended the app to friends but this was the final straw for me as left me feeling robbed and stupid !
I played £20 and just get teased with the game pretending to give me a chance at the bonus no matter what game I play I just never get on the bonus to win anything. It will give you the odd 30p or if ur lucky a 90p but most of the time 10p or 5p just to keep u going but really it’s just taking ur money slowly !
Was enjoyable to play at first as I was always to win my money back to stay even or win a little bit for fun the odd £5 loss wasn’t too bad if overall it pays out but to take £20 and tease like that it’s clear the games are fixed and an algorithm clearly kicks in to customer’s account after a certain point. Even William Hill’s response to these reviews are all the same a generic standard response to contact customer services ! Clearly they are not bothered about customer’s or wish to retain any customer loyalty.

Provided proof & still won’t Pay

I was playing mega bars jackpot king, 50p stake I won £30 but it didn’t pay me my winnings, I took a screenshot of my Win which a blind man can see is a win, but WH stated there is nothing wrong with the game, no Errors, the way they have handled this when I’ve provided clear proof by way of a screenshot that I had a win is disgraceful, diabolical, they are quick to take your money but if you win & there’s a Error they won’t admit that there is a fault with there game or system. I strongly urge you, DO NOT PLAY THERE GAMES, also they drop the percentage payout on games on random days so it’s very very hard to win any good money. They are just thief’s! Updated- WH are disgraceful thefts. I had 2 win lines that should of paid me & £60 but was only paid £4 there is no win of £4 it starts at £10,£20 then £50 for 5 Xs WH refuse to pay despite have proof & said they found no error with the game. Stay away from them, they are Robbers!
