The Interactive Story Game We Deserve
The character artwork and environments are unmatched. Love how immersive and inclusive the chapters feel. None of the other interactive games like this have this much attention to detail. Love how fleshed out each chapter is and averages around 12-15 minutes.
Would love if multiple chapters dropped in a week rather than just the one. Also, hope every story comes with inclusive customisation options like gender and love interests.
There are definitely things that need improving:
- Perhaps the most important aspect of these type of games is the choices. Would love to see choices hold more weight. Often characters react/respond the same way regardless of what you choose.
- The playthroughs are often buggy. Specially the transition between scenes/chapters. There are instances where characters wear out of context outfits that don’t fit the scene or dialog.
- The writing definitely needs some attention. The sheer number of times I clocked characters “winking” at each other was crazy.
- The mature scenes are executed rather poorly. Characters initiate and “finish” these scenes very awkwardly, barely even acknowledging it.

Character changed to default midway
I used to love this game but my character has changed to it’s default mid way in the story and I’m not liking it now
I’ve been playing Emily in Paris and my character is suddenly changed and I’m unable to make it back to what I chose and I’ve progressed a lot in the game to restrart everything 🤡🤷🏻♀️
What the hell
I had to restart from beginning 😪
