bad attitude customer chat
i am mostly sending money by lulu, currently i am in home isolation in UAE, I download this app and i chat with one of the customer service person and i requested to knows the todays currency exchange rates , if i got the amount , i will send someone there, as per this person he requested to visit the branches, also i informed my current situation,why the lulu made the customer chat option ( its means to support the customers)if they dont like to chat customer, why we are yousing this kind of app. dear lulu team its my earliest request ; do not place this kind of collegues in customer care positions in your esteemed vompany.
Appreciation and suggestion
Lulu money transfer application is outstanding, very convenient , fast transfer and gives better rates . My suggestion is that if the commission amount is shown or a reminder is shown, just below the amount to be transferred. So that round figures will be deducted from our account.
