This app is designed to give you the tools you need to manage your vehicle. You can arrange servicing and repairs, report a damage, or consult your vehicle documents. You also get instant access to your dedicated driver support team.

Not working
The desktop version works fine. This mobile app does not work. Returns an error. Furthermore, there us no option from which store to download as stated in the instructions. So I assume it is auto-detect but that does not help either.
Improvements
For the product manager of the App, some UX to improve :
- app running quite slow
- camera activation : always open by default with the selfie mode.. it should be the contrary
- no ability to save a damage declaration : obligation to complete it immediately fully -> not practical at all
- car workshop selection : limited to the area based on the live location - not practical when you are in an area away from where you use to live /to repair your car. By moving the map, you should display the other car workshop accepted by Arval
- scanning the damage official declaration : an OCR should integrated in order to prefill Arval form, instead of retyping everything
