DJI GO 4 4+

I’ve got a major issue with my drone, after the app won’t connect and then the controller kept rebooting mid-flight. Trying to find an actual person to talk to is impossible and the DJI Support page of the app isn’t in English, so no idea what to do. For a world-class leading product, there’s such huge gaping holes to fill, which just shouldn’t be there. App disconnects often too, scary to watch so much money out of control!! Amazing hardware, epic fail on the soft/firmware

Gesture controls don't work properly, have never been able to get video to start in gesture mode, not even once. App crashes sometimes. Tracking mode stops when I lock my phone so I have to put it in my pocket with the screen still in while it's tracking. When it loses its subject while tracking it just sits there and won't even try to start tracking again when you come into view. It doesn't even give you enough time to get your phone out and reconnect wifi to control it, it just starts landing. My spark has landed in a tree and in bushes because of this. Overall I'm very dissatisfied with gesture control and active tracking. Flying with the controller works well but active track and gesture control are kind of terrible.
Edit: Also even though I have almost 4 hours of flying my spark, my pilot level is still 0 and my spark level is still 0.

These guys are more interested in collecting your data and information rather then making a good working app, think google apple or facebook:
All about the money and stock market, nothing about the user friendliness :(
If you have bad video stream for example, just turn your cellphone connection off (airplane mode) but keep the wifi on and it will stream fine, this off course, is because your phone will share its all data/information/location/video/contacts in real time live with DJI
And since the incompetence of their customer support I have never got an answer about anything, so don’t even think about asking anything...
