Needs serious updating.

Just getting myself familiar with the app I typed in a gaming limit just to see how the app worked and then went to delete it and I had to wait a month!! And I could not delete the gaming limit. I could only set it to the max which was 5000 so after waiting an entire month, I was only able to play for a week and then I hit my max and now I’m stuck waiting a month again which is absolutely ridiculous because I could not delete the limit and the max is $5k. On top of that the slots rarely ever win. Fact that absolute blackjack is $25 minimum is absolutely ridiculous. It should be a dollar or five dollar. There’s no reason when you have 50 people playing the same you have a $25 minimum. They also need more BJ tables With lower minimums and higher minimums to separate the crowds specially on weekends. And nights. And the fact you can’t link your promo account is also rediculous all your money spent and no points earned.

So far so good…

Deposited $20 and got the extra $50 promo. Got multiple bonuses on both games I played. I withdrew over $100 more than I put in. Will update my review if any issues happen with receiving my withdrawal. I will say DO NOT play on cellular. It can be hit or miss. I strictly use WiFi for the added stability. I have not encountered any issues but the layout needs work because it just looks and feels super cluttered and seeing pending withdrawals requires you to back out of the withdraw option to see what’s pending. Pending withdrawals should be right there under the withdrawal option… not sure why it requires you to back out from it to see it. Again, will update if any issues come up with my winnings.

UPDATE: I got my withdrawal with zero issues in less than 48 hours. Absolutely no issues all around other than the cluttered look of the app.

Horrible!

Absolutely horrible customer service, half the slots glitch, they barely pay out, and the games that you need to fill/collect something to get the bonus or jackpot are extremely unfair due to the fact they reset when you leave the game. Which also means when it glitches or anything and kicks you out, you lose that. I was awarded a bonus for the promo they had going and for whatever reason am not able to use it even though it shows it’s there. Customer support has no answer, no solution and does not get back to you. Also takes them forever to even try to figure out what is wrong. It’s almost been a week now and still no fix or solution to the issue and no one has even reached out to me. I have had to reach out first and still get no answer.
