Be great if Casinos were independent of each other
Last time I checked casinos worked independently of one another. Be nice if the same things happened here. Just bc I played in one place doesn’t mean it should carry over to another Draft Kings and Golden Nugget are entirely different places. Treat it that way. And maybe not put your slots on the highest and most absurd settings possible. Or nobody will play here. Not my fault you lost a minuscule amount of money over the weekend. Dont take it out on myself and others like me who dont drop thousands here. FYI, Mohegan and Caesars are far better online casinos to go than here. Terrible
Giving a 1 star review is an insult to the star itself. I’ve been a DK customer 6 years. I received a link via DK to sign up, so I signed up however it signed me up with a different email that’s on my phone causing a mix up between my account and my deceased uncles account. They didn’t flag it though, they let me deposit wager and win. I won $200. Once I went to withdrawal they locked my account for “operating 2 accounts”. I then uploaded the necessary documents and got my account unlocked. I was smart enough to know that if they didn’t change the email to the one matching my DK it would lock again so I reached out 8 times trying to get them to change my email, no luck. So I went ahead and tried to withdrawal and they locked it again. Now they have changed my email but made me uploaded 3 forms of identification to be verified. I’ve been waiting 6 days since that & 11 days in total and still no update on my account being unlocked. I’d say stick to Draftkings or better yet Fanduel.
Horrible
I’m sure the good reviews are fake and you can tell they are, the promotions are awful and they very rarely have any, the original golden nugget had way better promotions, this is basically DraftKings, you may get a win or two then that’s it, they will just take take Take, these online casinos have gotten worse and worse the past several months the greed is horrific! Time to delete !! Done giving away my money . This is the same as DraftKings. Don’t waste your money !! Time to send recording to Nj gaming enforcement because reels that constantly skip is illegal, reels don’t skip like that in other casinos , it’s not my connection and I’ve also deleted and reinstalled, no other casino app does it but here. Totally rigged. Something needs to be done about the cheating ! Enough is enough, ever since the changed you can’t win anything at all, kind of strange how the reels skip now and you all the sudden CANT EVER WIN . Don’t waste your money here
