Description: This webinar will review instrumentation and methodology of flow cytometry. Interesting cases will be presented to demonstrate the immunophenotype of T- and B-cell lymphoproliferative disorders.

Objectives:

  1. Describe flow cytometry principles of operation, and provide examples of its application.
  2. Associate typical immunophenotypes with specific lymphoproliferative disorders.
  3. Discuss the clinical relevance of small T-cell clones of uncertain significance as identified by flow cytometry.
